Although Guinea has extensive resources of bauxite and iron ore, its future progress depends heavily on increasing agricultural production both to raise living standards and to supply raw materials to be processed for export. To accomplish agricultural improvement will require extensive public education and the preparation of a cadre of young technicians who can teach modern techniques to the farmers.
Animals require a constant supply of oxygen which they can obtain from the excess oxygen produced by plants. (Plants also require some oxygen, but not nearly as much as they produce.) Animals excrete nitrogenous wastes which plants require as fertilizer. In an aquarium that is "balanced" the plants supply the animal life with plant food and oxygen.
Another method of superimposing the three image is by dye transfer. In this process a gelatin matrix i prepared that will absorb dye in proportion to the light and shadows, and that will yield up this colored imagi when pressed in contact with paper.
These techniques require three separate negatives Where the subject is stationary, the exposures can easil; be made in succession, but in photographing moving ob jects they must be made simultaneously. "One-shot" cam eras have been devised, fitted with half-silvered mirrors which will allow this to be done. But this apparatus i cumbersome and inefficient.
