Home Milan The Fondazione dell'Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori of the Province of Milan presents, for 2004, professional training courses held in Milan, at the headquarters of the Order at Via Solferino 19. The courses for 2004 include a cycle of orientation on landscape architecture, study of solar energy heating plants, home Milan automation technologies and Lighting design, legislation and regulations, as well as English courses for professionals.

Consult Lindsey, Charles, William Lyon Mackenzie, 2d ed. (Toronto 1908). ROMAGNOSI, ro-ma-nyo'se, Giovanni Domenico, Italian jurist and philosopher: b. Sal-somaggiore, Italy, Dec. 11, 1761 ; d. Milan, June 8, 1935. He was educated in Piacenza (1775-1781) and established himself as an advocate at Trent (1791). He was appointed professor of law at Parma in 1802 and in 1806 went to Milan to assist in preparing a code of penal procedure which was later adopted. A chair of law was established expressly for him at Milan, but on the suppression of the special school, where he lectured, he lost his post in 1817. He was tried for revolutionary activity in 1821, but was acquitted.
