Crisp Green:

Crisp Green Green foods—Best choice is sproutings of bird seed planted in flower pot saucers (see Part III); otherwise, use ready-planted seed bought at pet shops; fresh, green, crisp lettuce may be given; when available, give fresh apple, wild chickweed, or fresh young weed growth; all green food must be clean, fresh, and dry. Fasten several pieces in convenient places; replace with fresh pieces monthly. Use flower pot saucer or other small dish; place in cage at same time each morning; remove after bath.

Q A cool fresh mood can be achieved by using a crisp green as one of the sponged colors. The base color is applied and then sponged once with a slightly greener first coat, followed by a top coat.

See Also Green ¬house:

Through the exhibition and related programming, The green ¬house House will explore developments in sustainability and will provide an informative overview of this dynamic design movement. This exhibition will take a look at some questions home-owners often ask when considering a green ¬house home or product, including: What makes a product green ¬house? How is a green ¬house home healthier, safer, and more comfortable? and How much does it cost to 'go green ¬house?'

WCI Designs First green ¬house New American Home WCI Communities, Inc. has designed the first green ¬house certified New American Home, which previewed at the 2006 International Builders' Show in Orlando. WCI's design of this year's New American Home received green ¬house certification from the Florida green ¬house Building Coalition (FGBC) for its sustainable design. It is also the first time a builder's in-house architectural team was selected to design the New American Home. "We are honored to have been selected to participate in this project," said WCI President and CEO Jerry Starkey.

On The Other Hand See Hues Of Green:

It was impossible to photograph objects that reflected only red or green: a very bright red flag with a green cross upon it appeared totally black in a print. But pure, monochromatic colors are seldom found in nature except in the rainbow. Blue is present in most hues of green in varying amounts. In the sky it is predominant, and thus skies were overexposed and cloudless when a sufficient time had been given to record the features of a landscape.

There's an organic look to this living room. Like nature, it's all about contrasts - natural Textiles in wool, wicker and leather blend with simple woods, while green accents freshen up a colour scheme of mineral hues of green.
